Hello, hello! Who doesn't like Paris, right?

 My brother and his girlfriend went there a while ago (I've mentioned that in this post) and brought back many pictures! So... this is part II of Paris pics! I hope you'll enjoy this virtual trip!

Color-blocking necklace

 Good morning everyone!! How are you today darlings? I've had a couple of weird days lately... I'll explain! 

 But first let's talk about fashion, right? We all know by now how hot is the new trend of color-blocking for the summer! I'm a big fan of bright colors and a bigger fan of incorporating fashion in everyday style! So I love the new trend but can't really see me in bright fuchsia pants! And since many bloggers post their version of color-blocking, here's mine:

 I made this necklace with new and recycled beads (wood, acrylic, felt, glass) and a vintage looking silver chain. In my opinion (and you all know I'm objective, right? hihi) the necklace is a "statement" piece of jewellery and expresses color-blocking pretty accurately! Plus it could be combined with way too many trendy outfits: I wore it with a very long, white vintage dress (you'll see some pics of that soon) and you could wear it with jeans and a top, a plain skirt or whatever!

Giveaway winners!!

 Happy Sunday everyone! 

 I'm just done with my giveaway winners, but I'm too happy/nervous to post this on Monday like I promised! So are you ready for some excitement? Here we go:

 I'm a traditional gal, so no high-tech gadgets here! I just wrote down the names of all of you who left your lovely comments, doubled the entries for my followers (pretty much everyone...) and cut them in stripes.

I then rolled the stripes and put them all in a box and......

First Giveaway!!

 So.. We've reached 50 and more!!! How amazing is that?!

  When I started blogging I never thought that more people than friends and relatives (after being threatened) would actually read it!! I never even thought I'd actually start my dream of making jewellery!! I'm pretty famous of having several "bright ideas" in the past that all have failed!

 But I did it and here we are all to have our first giveaway to celebrate it!! Time to share what I make with you guys and here I present my "giveaway love set"!!

 I wanted to give more than one presents, so I made one very feminine, romantic, yet minimalistic necklace and two sets of earrings! The necklace is made out of black chain, black lace, white, black and bright fuchsia glass beads and a small, pink dangling heart of glass!

 The first winner gets the necklace and short earrings made of similar materials and the second winner gets the long, fashionable, lace and chain earrings!!
